Each room, specifically created to capture the simplicity, elegance and tranquility that accompanied a simpler time and yet, each designed with its own ambiance. The Colonial Inn accommodates eight rooms, five of which provide a panoramic view of Lake Meone, situated between the Historic Towne of Smithville and the Village Greene. All rooms offer an elegant colonial atmosphere with king or queen size beds while provide the modern amenities of private baths with bubble tubs or steam showers, hairdryers, irons and boards, TV (cable read), DVD ,VCR individual climate control and phones. The Colonial Inn offers ample parking, an outdoor deck and is a in-door smoke free facility.

A part of our Inn, the Colonial Café provides a welcomed addition to your stay by providing a variety of tasty delights to supplement your Continental Breakfast at the Inn. Though open to the public, the Colonial Café itself will afford you the opportunity to relax over a variety of beverages, bake goods and snacks accessible throughout the day, supplementing a variety if eateries available within walking distance.

Reservation and Deposit Information

• Rooms are available for check-in at 3PM to 7 PM
• Check-out is 11 AM on the day of departure
• Reservations are taken only with an advance deposit
• Checks are accepted for reservations three weeks prior to arrival
• Major credit cards accepted for reservations at any time
• Reservations of two nights or less require a 50% deposit, credited to the last night of stay
• Minimum stay requirements may apply
